QUESTION: How many shirts do I need to order? Can I mix sizes?
You must purchase at least 24 shirts. You many mix sizes as need to complete your order.

QUESTION: What is your approval process?
Our approval process is simple. We will send you a PDF of the customized FatCatwear art. The PDF will have information such as size and color. You will approved the PDF by marking off the APPROVAL FORM at the bottom of each PDF. Then you email the marked up PDF to FatCatwear. It's that simple.

QUESTION: How will I pay for the order?
We accept only PayPal or checks. Your order will begin production upon recept payment. By using PayPal you can choose to pay with a credit card or bank account. You will need to set up a FREE PayPal account if you do not already have one. We prefer using PayPal as it makes your order begin quicker and it is much safer for us and you.

QUESTION: How quickly will my order be completed?
Your order will be completed within 3 weeks of payment.

QUESTION: How much is shipping and what method do your ship by?
Shipping is 5% of total order or $15 minimum. We ship by ground.
